Description: A box of six extra large hand decorated blown silvered glass Christmas ornaments. Five are from 1950s and Poland, one is from Austria. They're decorated with hand painted scenes: three depicting Santa in his sleigh with reindeer, one with a fancy lady holding a Merry Christmas banner, another with candles and hanging ornaments surrounded by bright color blocks. The Austrian ornament is pink with alternating mica glitter medallions and oval mirrors in Dresden gold foil paper frames. The Polish ornaments also have lots of mica glitter trim. I've shown a regular size vintage coffee mug in the last photo to give you an idea of scale. The ornaments are 3-3/4 to 4 inches wide, 4-1/2 to 5 inches high. Two ornaments have pike chips visible under the metal cap, but they still hang just fine. The ornaments have typical light finish wear and loss of mica glitter, otherwise they're in very good vintage condition. The plain manila box is marked Fantasia Brand. The lid has one corner split but is otherwise intact and in good condition. Always happy to combine shipping.
