Description: BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA DINNER CUTLERY, VIN. 1970s: Logo reads "Boy Scouts of America National Council". Can't get more official than that. Several suppliers copied these utensils and their pouches to their own design. Each pattern had its own unique characteristics and price points. This premium set does not bend; metal is thick stainless steel. Unlike carbon-steel or stamped aluminum, after washing, there can be no contamination due to the sealed and polished surface of the stainless steel. The tools include knife, fork and spoon and are contained in a plastic pouch which has the BSA logo stamped into the snap. The spoon and fork are slotted and the knife has a pin to attached all three, nested together in a compact and secure unit (see photos 1 and 2). All the markings on the tools are scuffs and scratches from assembling and disassembling the parts, or abrasions from rubbing together while being carried inside a pack...there are no marks indicating that the set has ever been used, bitten, washed or dropped. Bon appetite, Boy. Or girl. Mailing only to USA-48. Postage is usually between $5.00 and $6.26. Buyer pays $4.00, I will pay the rest. Please see my other knives and save postage. I am liquidating my entire collection; please keep me in your favorite sellers, watching for Old Bryan's Old Knives or the seller name below.
