We do not control the rising of carrier rates or the way they treat the packages, thus there is no room for skimping on packaging for the sake of an ounce or two. Shipping/Handling: We do not make the carrier rates for shipping, but in an effort to keep shipping as low as possible we do not charge a Packing/Handling fee for materials used.
