The item is New/Sealed but the certificate has fallen out of place and the box has some wear on the bottom so please refer to pictures for actual condition of item... My Auction Rules/Policy: Free shipping is only to US residents. Shipping to the West Coast is very expensive and so "Best Offers" will not be to far off from the original price listed.
