This lens comes with its ORIGINAL matching metal front screw-on cap. Serial No. 3540585 was manufactured from 1952 to 1955. This lens is in overall nice condition. Exterior with minor nicks and scuffs commensurate with its age. The focusing and aperture ring movements are both very smooth. Front lens with no scratches and appears in very nice condition, looks like small amount of dust inside and rear lens with no scratches shows a few vintage Zeiss trademark air bubble points and minor haze.
