Description: Baby girls size 4 months navy and white striped sleeveless dress with a pink bow. It is made by Carter's and is 100% cotton. There is a layer of a white fabric, then a partial layer of white tulle under the actual dress to help it fluff out. There are buttons on the upper backside to help with getting it off and on. It has a pair of white bloomers. They are still attached with the original plastic retail tags. It may need to be ironed after shipping. Please see attached pictures for measurements.
