The cards are sent to a prison in Nevada where the ‘residents’ sort and reseal the decks. We buy these decks sealed & sell them that way. We aren't responsible for a missing or duplicate card on sealed decks. THESE CARDS HAVE A CORNER THAT WAS CLIPPED AND THEY USE MARKERS ON THEM FOR SECURITY REASONS.
