Most collectors who purchase from us recognize that we are one of the world leaders in the resale and collection of historic, original newspapers, and do not need a certificate to certify this. They understand we do everything possible to keep our costs as low as possible in order to keep our offering prices low, which ultimately helps to promote the hobby. Offering the certificates on an "as needed" basis helps contribute to this effort. I've already purchased and paid for authentic item from you but I did not order a certificate. May I still purchase one? Yes, but you must first contact us for pre-verification before purchasing the certificate. Since your original order has likely already been shipped, you will either need to request to have the certificate sent with a future order, or pay the full S&H amount shown to have the certificate shipped separately.
