Does NOT include the power supply, the remote door sensor or the mounting bracket or hardware. Here is the story. I bought this brand new and installed it. It started giving me some recurring connection issues (dropped offline and required power reset to reconnect.) After mounting and testing it in a few locations in my garage, I got a replacement bare unit off eBay to test. This one did much the same behavior, and it seemed to be related to my car being parked in the garage. So I reluctantly began to think it was related to the car. After having the antenna module replaced on the car, my connection problems seem to have gone away, so I don't think the MyQ hub was the problem. This is the original new unit that I started with. I decided to stay with the bare replacement unit that I got later. Only shipping to United States addresses. I will give a 30 day return warranty for this unit if it doesn't work for you. (You pay to ship back). Please note again that you will need at least the power supply and the door sensor (with its battery) to install this, at a minimum. The custom bracket for the unit would also be useful. I cannot supply any of these additional items. This offer is for only the one item that is shown.
