Champion treasures, the manufacturer and distributor , went bankrupt in 2005. These were purchased for my shop and sold in store. The packages were opened to remove the " temporary batteries" that were installed by Champion Treasures so as not to damage the electronics. I have replaced all batteries with brand new ones and have tested the fans. They tend to be glitchy....beware. These are being sold for collectors and true fans, but note....they are NOT A TOY!.
