Presentation copy inscribed and signed by Rollins on the colophon, TOGETHER WITH A TYPED LETTER SIGNED from Rollins thanking the recipient for hosting him earlier in the month and explaining that “I set a good deal of the type myself, although I had a boy to help with part of it… The little book is practically an exact type facsimile of the original, and paper and binding are dead ringers for the first printing.
