Description: This listing is for an Old Vintage Art Deco 1920s 1930s Boch Freres Gres Keramis Belgian Pottery "African" Design / Pattern 9.5" Tall Vase Designed by Charles Catteau. Unfortunately it has a hole in the bottom, but still displays well. Marked on bottom "Gres Keramis" and a partial "Ch...eau" which should read "Ch. Catteau", but the hole goes through it. Impressed shape # "899" (photos 6 and 7). It features matte brown spiral designs with a thick white glossy crackle glaze background. It is in very good "As Is" condition. Again, it has a hole in the bottom. A couple small tight lines coming from the hole (photos 22-24). Some usual factory glaze misses etc. No other issues. Top rim is perfect. Base edge is perfect. Still displays wonderfully. Exterior is very clean. I did not clean the inside. Please view the photos carefully as they are my main description. *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). It is very thick, heavy, and fragile weighing 4.6 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. *(I have a UPS shipping option listed along with USPS. UPS is usually the cheapest for big and heavy packages. So if the shipping price seems too high just send me your zip code and I will take a look). It measures 9 9/16" (24.3 cm) tall, 6 1/2" (16.5 cm) at widest part of body, 3" (7.6 cm) across top rim, and 3 7/8" (9.8 cm) at the base.
