Our promise of authenticity. As a shop in the New York City area we are able to hit all the local signings. We do not purchase second hand signatures but go to signings so YOU will be the first original owner of all signed items. In SOME cases we will receive and resell signed items with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). We will always note when a COA is included with an item. 4. We always leave positive feedback for those who pay on time. We know how important feedback is and believe in making yours a priority. 5. Don’t see what you need? We don’t list EVERY back issue we have in the store. If you’re interested in other recent/new issues then it can’t hurt to ask! We NEVER use bubble mailers that leave your comics vulnerable to overzealous or careless mail carriers. All comics come bagged, boarded and shipped in a cardboard mailer SPECIFICALLY designed to keep your comics safe! We have had no issues shipping or receiving comics this way so please bid with confidence. We guarantee the item will be shipped within one business day of receipt (and clearance) of payment. Payment must be received within forty eight hours of the ending auction time. If we have not received payment by that time we will open an unpaid item case without exception. Please be sure of your purchase(s) before bidding or committing to buy it now. IF there is some reason you need to delay payment please let us know. IF there is an issue with your item please contact us before leaving feedback. We can most likely work something out but communication is always the best policy! Occasionally “buy it now” merchandise is integrated with our physical store. In the event we cannot fill your order we will make every effort to provide you with a similar item or an item of similar price that you agree to. Due to rising costs, we will generally use USPS first class as standard shipping (or equivalent option from UPS if it is cheaper) only for packages under 7 oz. Many thicker single issues and orders with multiple issues will be heavier than this and, in those cases, we will use media mail. If you would like your comic shipped through other means/carriers to avoid this possibility please send us a message and request an invoice BEFORE paying. International shipping is ONLY handled through eBay third party international shipping. Please note we are NOT professional graders but we have been collecting, buying and selling comics for years. We will do our best to note any defects to the comics that we notice but our grades are not a promise or guarantee you will receive similar grades from CGC or other grading services.
