It actually looks like it has been refurbished/rebuilt and the seals inside look brand new (picture number 7), but I can not guarantee that. I do not see the name "Meuller" marked on this unit, but I believe that is the brand. Everything that is included is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exaclty match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition.
