Our ranges include Home & Office Stationery, an extensive Christmas collection, Household items, Garden & DIY, Pets Corner, Toys & Party Bags and Giftware. All our items are supplied from physical stock in our warehouse and are dispatched daily by our team so you can be confident of a quick efficient service. Shipping We will do our very best to deliver all orders to your door within the time frame specified. Orders are shipped daily from our warehouse using various courier partners, usually within 24 hours of payment. Our choice of shipping partner will depend on your order value, weight, speed of delivery and your location. Most orders are tracked and this tracking information will be provided in the dispatch email we send you when we pack and ship your order. We will also include in this email a VAT invoice in case you need one. For the next day courier service our delivery partners will also confirm the approximate time frame in which delivery will be made by email or by text on the delivery day itself. Returns Don't worry! If you've changed your mind or no longer need the products you have ordered, you can cancel an order at any time before your order is shipped to you and within a further 60 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange this for you. If the products are delivered to you, you must return them to us as safely as soon as it's reasonably possible for you to do so. Sorry we are unable to refund your postal fees. What happens if a product is faulty or doesn't do what it's supposed to do? We're really sorry about that! We know how annoying it can be when a product has or develops a fault or does not do what its supposed to. Mostly we can resolve issues with faulty items without the need to return the item, but when we do ask it be returned because you believe it may be faulty, we will look at the product(s) and, if they are faulty, we will sort the fault, replace or refund the faulty products. As you would expect, we can't refund, repair or exchange your products where the fault has been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
