Description: I don’t really know much about this chess set other than it’s really beautiful. The figures are not any kind of precious stone like Jade or onyx, but they seem more like soapstone or possibly resin. There are many chess sets similar to this out there, but if you look closely, there’s a lot of variance in the style of the pieces and the actual tiles themselves that are on the board, as well as subtle differences in the carvings around the border of the board. This is being sold completely completely as is, take a good look at the pictures, they do all the talking. I will make sure to secure the figurines and protective foam when shipping, and to Secure the board in protective wrap as well. I’m not in a hurry to sell it, but feel free to make an offer if you’re interested.
