Description: With it's beautifully decorated bowls, I think Durgin's Chrysanthemum pattern is the most beautiful of all the patterns that use that flower as a decorative motif. This spoon is 9 1/2" long and weighs 171 grams. It is monogrammed EFB in attractive script in the cartouche, which is surrounded by a profusion of blooming chrysanthemums that extend all the way down the handle and well into the bowl. In addition to the floral work in the bowl, there is a scalloped rim on the lefthand side. There is also a small date, 1910, engraved on back. On the back it is stamped with Durgin's D, sterling 925/1000, Patent and Galt & Bro.
