Description: Up for sale is a serviced vintage example of the classic Heinz Kilfitt Munchen 200mm f/5.6 Tele-Kilar Telephoto lens. This lens is the little brother of the famous 400mm "stalker" lens famously used by Jimmy Stewart's character in the Hitchcock Classic Rear Window. It was produced in a number of different mounts. This one is the particularly rare variant produced for Alpa Reflex/Alnea 35mm SLRs. Lens is in vintage condition with moderate barrel wear/exterior scratching. Like most Kilfitt lenses of this era, it has had some coating degradation/loss due to the coatings used, which are highly susceptible to sperficial fungus (see pics). Lens has been disassembled and interior cleaned to remove any fungus/haze, and aperture and focus mechanims have been cleaned and relubed. Optics are otherwise free of deep scratches/haze/fungus.Rubber focus grips are intact and are in much better condition than typicaly found on Kilfitt lenses of this age. Includes hood, drop-in filter holder, and leather front cap. Box S5
