It features a radio that works but unfortunately, the tape deck is not functional. This boombox is a great addition to any collector's or music enthusiast's collection. The boombox is made by Clairtone, made in Japan sold by canadian electronics company that is known for their high-quality products. This model comes with cassette tape features that will require repair, tape player turns but when tape is placed in it starts to play the slows down and stops after a second or two. Battery compartment looks clean as seen in photos but I don’t have enough D batteries to test it. antenna tip is broken and missing as seen in photos, comes as seen. Happy bidding
