Description: This lot features a collection of Classic Illustrated Comics published by Gilberton, the grade is 2.0 Good. Four titles were published in the 1940's (The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Swiss Family Robinson, The Man in the Iron Mask, A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court), one from 1968 (Gulliver's Travels) plus a bonus Gold Key Comic based on the movie "How The West Was Won." All bindings are intact, with the exception of Swiss Family Robinson which has staples but the inner 4-pages are detached, but included. Pages are yellowing. Each comic is in its own plastic sleeve with a backer. While aging is apparent, these have been stored in a smoke-free environment away from light since I have owned them. The collection includes a variety of comics that would be perfect for any collector or fan of US Comics.
