This belt buckle has a traditional Caucasian shape, but was decorated with exquisite Ottoman filigree. This belt buckle is unique in that it was made by a Caucasian jeweler (stamp "КЧ"), was certified in the Russian Empire (stamp "84 ...") and was intended as a gift to a respected person in the Ottoman Empire.
