Description: Up for sale is a completed, hand crafted, Picture - Cross Stitch. It is a lovely rendering of a gardener tending her plants. At the top there is a saying: PRESERVE NATURE TODAY FOR THE GENERATIONS OF TOMORROW. It is just charming and would be a wonderful gift for the conservator. It is mounted onto plywood and is ready for a mat and frame. The title is: NATURE'S BLESSING and the kit number is #05573. The size is 13 1/2 x 15 1/2. I haven't been able to locate this particular kit anywhere on the internet and since the company is no longer manufacturing these kits, finding this in the future will be pretty slim. Also shown is a copy of this cross stitch that I sold previously that had a mat. this item does not come with the mat. The picture is just shown so that you can see how this would look with a mat. This picture was a hand crafted model to a needpoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished. This is rare because it is no longer being manufactured. I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website: "Due to the death of our owner, Alan S. Getz, JCA, Inc. has ceased operations indefinitely.
