This emblem is encircled by the latin motto “SI RECTE FACIES” (If you act righteously you will be honored after death). The reverse uniquely features 2 emblems of a strong wind creating waves and a beautiful sun shining on ships at sea. The first emblem was designed by Benjamin Franklin and is encircled by the latin motto “VI CONCITATE” (Driven by force).
