Description: This Cookie Lavagetto Goodyear fielders glove is obviously rough, but also Very Rare. It is a Goodyear model, also pretty rare that appears to date to the late 1930's. It has the Cookie Lavagetto signature endorsement as the photos will show. Made for a right handed thrower. Soft leather inside and out but quite a few condition issues, such as: missing web and wrist button, cracking in some of the surface layer of leather, a small hole or two and the heel lacing is gone. Cookie was best known for his years with the Brooklyn Dodgers and his gloves are very tough to find. All inquiries are very welcome.
