Also remember that Crosman has made all of these parts obsolete so you can only go to one of there contracted gunsmiths. So I know this all for a fact eBay is the only place you can get these parts except some small gun shops who may have 2 or 3 parts for the 1077, even the largest air gun dealer Air Venturi only sells 2 parts for the 1077 and there retail branch Pyramid Air as well who sells on Amazon, all while Walmart & Amazon during the 3 months surrounding Christmas last year sold over 8,000 1077s knowing that Crosman would not sell parts to the public. If you don’t believe me call Crosman’s direct sales number eBay won’t let me list that number. That’s why I do this to help other 1077 owners to not get screwed. I wish I could do more but I am a forced retired man who has troubles just walking most days, so multiple trips to the post office a month is not possible. Not to mention the cost of transporting packages and gas isn’t cheep so I need to make a profit that is worth my time. I just finished them. https://www.youtube.com/@crosman1077connection These seals fit tight so you need to put oil on the seals and use the bushings to slowly in a circular motion while pressing in then use the bushing retainer on the valve assembly to hold it in place. On the co2 piercing assembly you do exactly the same but push it into the compression tube to hold it in place. Then oil the ends of your co2 transfer tube and insert with a gentle twisting motion while gently pressing it in. The valve assembly is more difficult you need to use oil on both of the orings the medium one goes in the front then the washer the spring goes in then the firing pin goes next then the puck with the large oring on it goes on the firing pin, then the retainer clip holds it in. The hard part is getting the pin through the washer and the oring. Take a pair of plyers and grab the pin on the end and press and jiggle till it goes through the hole. Once you get it through with your other hand hold it in place on the back of the puck with the retaining clip around the end of the screwdriver cocked sideways with one side almost in the groove. Then grab a second smaller screwdriver and press on the ring and work it in, you will sometimes hear a tink when it’s in sometimes no tink at all. It sometimes takes me 3 or 4 try’s to get it with my wife helping hand me tools. Good luck and don’t give up !! ON THE INSIDE SEALS IN THE VALVE ASSEMBLY IT IS VERY HARD SO IF YOUR IN A POSITION ABOVE IT IN YOUR VICE IT MAKES IT A BIT EASIER, CAUSE YOU CAN PUT YOUR BODY WEIGHT INTO THE PRESSING DOWN. IF YOUR VICE IS TO HIGH TRY STANDING ON A STEP LADDER OR ANYTHING SAFE TO GET ABOVE THE VICE. Our hours of operation have changed. We will only be operating from the 1st to the 7th of each month.
