Description: Now this is a useful item! If you have ever tried to tighten the center plug on an SMA relay, like the Transco shown, you know just what I mean. I take an inexpensive 5/16 SMA open/box end wrench and grind the open end so that it fits in tight places, then I grind a slot in the box end, making it a "flare nut wrench" (only try to find a 5/16 inch one this cheap...). Now this end will slip over a cable and let you get at the SMA! I also grind the face of the box end, to remove the chamfer so that you can use this end to tighten the nut on a SMA f-f feedthru bushing snugly, and not slip off! Now I know you can do this yourself, if you have a grinder, and the time and don't burn the temper out of the wrench, but why? You will be glad you have this tool in your toolbox when you need it! Like I say, the wrench is $2.00, the rest of the money is my time, and the eBay & PayPal fees.... Several are shown, you are buying 1 at a time.
