Description: We’ve been selling karaoke since 1988. That’s a long time! When I wanted to put my business phone number in the Yellow Pages the “karaoke” category did not even exist. I had to list the business under “Musical Accompaniment”. I’ve seen a lot of changes in these three decades. The formats that we have used to listen to our music has gone from cassette tapes and Laser Discs to Compact Discs w/Graphics, MP3+G and digital downloads. The good news for those that still have a karaoke cd+g player is that we still have thousands of discs still available, many of them are rare and hard-to-find, such as this one. This disc is a complement of the songs listed on our other Nirvana CD+G. Nirvana actually started in the 1987 but did not receive attention until after 1990. Nirvana with Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic, and Dave Grohl as a drummer changed the world of grunge rock forever. Most are familiar with 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and 'Come As You Are' but this disc picks 12 songs that have never been available in a commercially produced CD+G. Some of us may know the other tracks that received airplay like 'D7', 'Floyd The Barber' and 'Territorial Pissings' but this disc features some hard to find tracks such as the unplugged version of 'Man Who Sold The World' and 'Sliver'.
