The footprint is very small and will even fit into a corner nicely . The unit will also fully disassemble which makes setup and transport a breeze. The lat Pulldown is a must do , staple exercise for the back and lats. A lat Pulldown machine can be found in about every gym across the country . This unit is in beautiful condition.
