Description: Large ~2.6" authentic Carcharodontosaurus dinosaur tooth. Carcharodontosaurus was a large predatory dinosaur that lived in Africa during the mid-Cretaceous period. This theropod is often referred to as the "African T-Rex" because its size and large serrated teeth were similar to Tyrannosaurus Rex. Large tooth with visible serrations. Cool "dagger" shape. Solid and heavy. Some enamel loss as typically seen with these fossils. Tip has some wear from feeding. See photos for condition. Measures approximately 2.56" L x 1.02" W. Recovered from Morocco.
