Dawson's Creek Authentic Leery House Season 1 Pier Board Debris Show Used

Description: Dawson's Creek Authentic Leery House Green Shutter Slat Prop that was used in the show. This is one of the actual ones from the house that was featured in the series. This is an authentic shutter slat (approximately 12 inches) from the property in Wilmington, North Carolina that was used in the show Dawson’s Creek. The front shutters were replaced in 2019 and the side shutters were replaced in 2023. I have pictures of the shutters sitting outside of the house. I have been able to acquire four of the shutters that were in good condition. And we took out the slats out of the ones that weren’t. To prove the authenticity of this, I have pictured myself in front of the house and the shutters by the house right after they were removed. Please remember upon purchasing that this slat, it is not new or in mint condition. It’s over 25 years old and has seen hurricanes and bad storms. But just please remember that these are used and have been around a while so they will not look brand new. Listed is an authentic used Dawson's Creek 25th Anniversary ( Authentic Leery House Prop ) that was used in the show. I am the only official seller of items from the actual Dawson’s Creek in Wilmington, NC. I personally know the residents and they have put me in charge to officially sell these show used house props.
