Specific Warranty Details Guaranteed no DOA - Items sold 'Guaranteed no DOA', (dead on arrival) are guaranteed to complete proper power up processing with no errors upon Buyer's receipt of item. Claims for items arriving 'DOA' must be submitted to us through the eBay messaging system within forty eight (48) hours of receipt of item. An item cannot be considered 'DOA' if the Buyer fails to test the item prior to this dead line.
