Description: I purchased this cake plate at an auction that was featuring Mission Style/Arts and Crafts items. It is 12" in diameter and is made of earthenware. Denby uses the clay from outside their facility on the grounds for their production. It is clearly marked Denby ENGLAND with microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher safe on the bottom underside of the plate. It is in excellent condition and I believe it is new. There are no scratches whatsoever on the plate which is of earth tones and set as a mosaic geometric pattern. I checked Denby's site and can not find that this cake plate is being made anymore.
