Do some research many of these are retired people working out of the basement that call us for parts. Do business with a company that has been around and will continue to be around for many many years. Do your research. If they won’t give you a year warranty ask yourself how much they believe in their unit. Pick up the phone and call us and them. Do they even answer? Ask lots of questions and see who sounds like they are the most knowledgeable. The "other guys" offer a 6 month to 1 year warranty. ?? Depends on what is fixed?? Doesn't cover power surges? We have 2 rules.... 1. Do not remove warranty stickers from the machine. 2. Do not connect water to air side That simple.
