This amazing little 36-page (5.5" x 8") plus covers pamphlet with pull-outs is loaded with interesting articles and illustrations, including a piece by Oliver Wallace titled "How I Wrote der Fuehrer's Face," drawings by Ken Anderson and Roy Williams, and a back cover featuring Disney Insignia designs. The real prize is often missing - a folded 10.5" x 15.5" "Pin-Ups for Servicemen" insert poster with nudes by Fred Moore and Bill Justice. This rare insert Is Included with this copy of the digest! Notice: This is an extremely rare piece from the World War II era when the Walt Disney Studio, as so much of American industry, poured its efforts into helping the American war effort. The piece includes animated nude "pinup girl" prints for serviceman from Disney artists such as the legionary Freddy Moore. It also includes references to leaders of the American enemies in World War II. It is best buyers are familiar with this material and understand it may contain content sensitive to contemporary viewers. Note that a similar copy recently sold at Heritage Auctions for $13,000! The digest and poster are sold as is, in Very Good condition with minor handling wear, some tanning, aging and poster folds, as sold by a leading Disney experienced auction house.
