Description: Rare original antique print from an 1890s French illustrated journal. It depicts two dachshund dogs that have caught a fox that is bigger than they are. Interestingly, one of the dachshunds is piebald color, which is quite rare today. The print is very large (folio size), measuring approximately 10.5 x 14.5 inches (26.5 x 36.5 cm). The picture fills about half the page and measures about 8 x 5.75 inches, with a French caption below and unrelated text around it. The text could easily be trimmed before framing, or hidden under a window mat. The page is in excellent condition for its age. There is text/photos on the back of the print. See scan for an accurate view of the condition. This print will come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
