It is part of the Catastrophic Line, made in the USA for high performance that will last to the end of the world (which may come sooner rather than later). Toxic Waste plastic is a blend used in the Catastrophic Line by Doomsday Discs. It is a durable plastic with nice flexibility and grip. It can vary from being semi-transparent to completely opaque and is characterized by toxic splotches of black and other colors mixed into the blend. This is the Misprint or X-out version of the plastic with cosmetic flaws in the disc and/or imperfect stamps.
