Pull up the switch and it is correct if the window goes up all the way. – If the window drops down after reaching its top end then the reset is necessary for the anti-pinch function. Instruction for the reset Step 1: Pull the window switch very shortly to make the window go up slightly to the top. Step 2: Pull the one-touch switch up for 3-5 seconds in the top. Step 3: Press the window switch very shortly to make the the window go down slightly to the bottom. Step 4: Press the one-touch switch down for 3-5 seconds in the bottom. Step 5: Pull the one-touch switch to make window go up to the top. Resetting completed if window didn't go down after reaching the top. If it goes down after reaching to the top, please repeat the above steps until it succeed. Product T&C Warranty Returns Contact Delivery Our Parts are used for repair purpose only. Warranty Claim In case of product faulty claim, you will need to send the item back to be conducted an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. The products that are likely to require assessment include electrical and specially procured items. The assessment may take up to 2-6 weeks. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the assessment has been complete. The warranty claim process is normally take 3 to 5 Business days of receiving item or after assessment completed. WHAT can be returned? All products are returnable within 30 days of receiving items.
