Description: Doug Rice 60th Year Duck (Show) Call w/ COA signed by his wife. Doug Rice was working on 60 Duck “Show” calls in 2020-2021. It was stated that he referred to these Calls as his “60 for 60”, 60 Calls for 60 years as 2021 marked his 60th year making “Show” Calls. A few have been given to friends, but a majority remain with his wife. A very different design with sleek curves and hand checkered panels. 5.35 inches in length. Instead of a cork or rubber wedge, he chose to use wood and finish it off with a bronze reed. Barrel and Insert coloring consist of medium brown tones with a high finish. Insert does not have any checkered panels, but rather a smooth finish. All hand checkering is on the Barrel only. These “60 for 60” Calls have a hand stamped inscription on the ring of the Barrel stating, “DA RICE 60 YRS”. Stamped lettering was done utilizing Pittsburgh Steel Letter and Number stamping set.
