It is soooo vibrant on the nails and makes a BOLD statement! It is a clear based polish with purple and blue neon polka dot glitters scattered throughout. The glitters come in a variety of sizes and we included a small amount of tiny short blue bars to compliment the look. You can wear this over any color and have a different look every time. Please choose above.♥ All of our polishes are custom blended and have loose cosmetic-grade NEON glitters. They are 5 free~~NO Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)~~NO Formaldehyde~~NO Toluene~~NO Formaldehyde Resin and NO Camphor.♥ Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this product, some glitters and pigments may settle during shipping. For best results, please shake your bottle well before using (we have included 1 large shaker ball in each polish). It's always good to put a great top coat over your glitter polishes(we love seche vite) to smooth out the glittery feeling that some glitter polishes have....plus a top coat adds a great shine! **If the glitters are stuck to the side of your bottle due to shipping, please add a little thinner to the bottle and this will help loosen them after you give them a GOOD shake! All of our polishes have a shelf life of 9 to 12 months and many of them last for up to 18 months...it all depends on how you take care of them.••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••♥ Most of our polishes ship within 1 week from the time you purchase them. If there is a delay, we will contact you.••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••♥ As we all know...All glitter polishes are difficult to remove, so I thought a few helpful tips would be useful:1. Soak a cotton pad or paper towels with polish remover.2. Place cotton pad or paper towels on the nail and secure in place with a square piece of tin foil wrapped around each finger. 3. Keep these on for 5-10 minutes.4. Remove the cotton pad / tin foil, and the glitter should remove a little more easily.5. Wash hands thoroughly♥♥♥ Just know, each bottle of polish is made with lot's of love! ♥♥♥
