Description: Extremely hard to find, BLD mid 90’s Halloween banner, silhouettes made out of roof shingle material.. then strung on orange & black satin ribbon. We’re in the process of listing several Halloween items from early BLD Halloween “build a tradition”. The letters that spell out BOO and the cats can slide on the ribbon to make adjustments when decorating. These items were used in our store as display items. So they are USED, not new. However, they are early, retired items that are extremely difficult to find. We used this piece across the front of our Halloween tree display. Very unique and unusual design!
