We may require signature confirmation in certain cases. RETURNS Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment. Returned items must be in original "as new" condition. Returned items must include all Original Packaging, Manuals, Hardware, Accessories, etc. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us prior to returning any item for any reason. To ensure that you are properly credited, do not return any merchandise without prior authorization. Once an item has been installed, modified or used, it can no longer be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send a prepaid return label if the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns will be inspected once they are received by the warehouse.
