Description: Beautiful Amphora Austria Heliosine vase. Designed by Eduard Stellmacher. The body of the piece has an iridescent glaze. Various color hues. Deep green, blue, purple, gold and black. Marked and numbered to the underside and incised with numbers. The piece has a unique drip stylized form with vines, leaves and grapes. Marked: Yes - Appropriate Hallmarks. See photos. Condition: Good antique, commensurate with age. Light crazing; minor rubbing, surface & base wear, along with partial stem loss to one side as shown (see final photo); gilt wear to rim and handles. Any other imperfections are what you typically find in handmade pieces as a result of the original manufacturing process.
