Description: I purchased this water heater for my food trailer but never used it. I did prep and thread the valve onto the tank, but that is the only maintenance performed on the heater. It was never plugged in or used. There are a couple faint smudges on the unit from seeing how it would fit under the sink, but other than that it's like new. Everything is included that came in the box including the manual, wall mount bracket and bolts, and valve. Let me know if you have any questions.
