The part number is E02CTR, a deprecated number with the "R" indicating that it is RoHS compliant. It's the same as the current model, E02CT. These converters take 0-12VDC input and output a proportional 0-200VDC with a center tap pin so that it can be used to output a split +/-100VDC. 3500V isolation between input and output.
