Description: Emerson Crown Ceiling Fan, this fan is in architectural white and has an up light, this fan is paired with a 11 inch downrod. The fan is in very good condition it works on all 3 speeds, the finish is in good condition, the up light works, the flywheel is NOT warped, the flywheel is in excellent condition. It is included with both of its pull chain fobs and it is 100 Percent complete. There is some down sides to the fan which there being rust in the surface rust in the canopy, there is some rust stains on the canopy but they’re covered by the decorative nuts to hold the canopy up, there is some paint coming off of one of the blades EVERY FLAW IS PICTURED. The first picture I took it has the nice side down besides that area where the paint is coming off. The other side has some minor scratches but not very noticeable, if you want to see them you’re going to have to put your face pretty close to the blade to see them. I’m open to offers!
