Description: Vintage 1920’s LACO/ WINTON Guilloche Enameled Bow and Pendant lapel pin nurses type watch. Runs fast by 3+ minutes on a 24 hr test. Will need cleaning or service before regulation to ensure accurate timekeeping. Upon close examination, (see photos). the enamel on the bow shows hairline cracks. Back of bow marked for gold content. Pin clasp works well. Watch case is worn with some scratches on case sides. Crystal is broken and chipped on edge.
