Description: Engine Builders Handbook HP 1245 by Tom Monroe. Book appears free of writing upon initial inspection. It does have several light smudges potentially from grease. Some staining along the bottom of some pages from water or other damage. Some condensation damage (rippling) along top of some pages. Neither obscure use or text. Pages turn fine. Glue of binding exposed inside front cover, spine still appears sound. Yellowing to pages and front and back interior covers. Some specks or other discoloration inside front and back covers. Discoloration to exterior edges of pages. Cover is scuffed, scratched and shows rub/use wear. Stubbed corners and small tear to cover near lower spine.
