Gradient temperatures in this PCR Cycler can be programmed freely across 12 rows, with a range of up to 24°C thanks to the silver block. The gradient slope of these Eppendorf PCR systems makes sure identical heating and cooling ramp rates are present in both standard and gradient functions.
