This consists of a wooden base with a circular swinging platform that includes Santa a sled with a tree, a snowman to reindeer and two Christmas trees sitting at top of this is a windmill/fan blade design, and there are spots for four candles on the base . This has not been used with the candles lit, due to safety reasons, but presumably the heat from the candles would make the fanblades turn, which would make the circular base with Santa and the snowman turn.
