The size 6 wedding style ring tapers in width from 11.68mm top center down to 3.70mm bottom center. The center white six-prong peg setting contains one vertically set marquise brilliant cut natural diamond. It measures 7.58mm X 4.02mm X 2.45mm in length, width and depth (length and depth are approximate due to the mounting), and it weighs 0.45ct. estimated by formula. It is SI2 in clarity and appears to be G-H in color with a faint blue fluorescence. It has very good polish and good symmetry with a thin to very thick faceted girdle (where the top and bottom facets meet). Each shoulder of the yellow shank has 3 stepped chevron channeled columns of 4 round brilliant natural cut diamonds, totaling 24. They graduate in diameter from 2.00-2.40mm and they are estimated to weigh 0.03-0.05ct. each. They are I1-I2 in clarity and they appear to be G-J in color. Total estimated diamond weight is 1.41cts. The gold is estimated to weigh is estimated to weigh 4.64 pennyweights. The ring was cast with the round diamonds in place and the center setting assembled and center diamond handset with a bright polished finish. The ring is in very good condition.
